National condition- and disease-related causes that promote the interests of their respective constituencies (including dialysis and chemotherapy patients), and assist with contact with local CBOs and hospitals.

Our Growing Network
TrustedRiders has 16 funded sites in 14 states. Piloted with Community Care Corps funds HHS and now in their fourth year at Ascension St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, MD, and the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut (AOASCC). Funding by Community Care Corps, AmeriCorps Seniors Demonstration and Senior Companion Programs, foundation, AARP, and private donations.
TrustedRiders now has sites nationwide, including local community organizations with funding from federal AmeriCorps Seniors Demonstration and Senior Companion Programs in HI, NM, CA, and WA.
In 2023, new Community Care Corps-funded sites were added in CT, GA, AL, MO, AZ, CA, and a new award was to Ascension St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, MD.
